Erin Silliman is celebrating her one year anniversary of racing. Prior to cycling, Erin played Division I field hockey where she spent 2 of her 4 years recovering from spinal fusions. After spending a lifetime of commuting on her mom’s Schwinn Le Tour III, she joined the powerful purple where Evelyn “The Enforcer” convinced her to upgrade to an Orbea and clipless pedals.

Off the bike Erin enjoys playing her cello; venturing outdoors; eating; and occasionally drinking wine!

She kicked off the 2008 season with a 3rd place finish at the Arnold Cycling Challenge in Columbus, Ohio and is looking forward to the challenges and rewards of the season.
